Project Pan Update #2!

Hi! I'm extremely happy with this update! I feel like I've made good progress and I'm getting rid of the easy to use things. So let's start with my empties!
First I have my Neutrogena Hydrating Makeup Remover Wipes. I like these for when I'm in a hurry to get to sleep (or just being lazy) sometimes I do like to use them before I wash my face so my cleanser can work more other things rather than removing my makeup. But this are great and I plan on purchasing more!

Next is my Urban Decay Naked skin foundation. I had only a few more uses of this left so I used it up. I'll purchase more probably the end of winter beginning of spring. But this is one of my must have foundations!
I used up a BBW Island Margarita hand sanitizer. I love these and the smell awesome. I plan on purchasing some holiday ones soon.
Next are my Project Pan empties! First is my UD Naked Beauty Balm the tube and the sample are used up. I do like this but it's not a necessity for me. I mostly used it as a primer and I have other things I like more.
I also used up the other Tarte face primer. This one is brightening. I will say it gives you skin a lifted more brightened appearance. The Tarte face primers are pretty great. I recommend both(: Also as soon as I finish the eye primer this will be a completed item(:
I thought this Nars Copacabana Illuminator was going to last forever but it is finally used up. I started out not liking this because I felt like it didn't blend very well but I started to love it by the time it was almost gone. I may repurchase this.
I've used as much of this Hempz Pomegranate Body Moisturizer that the bottle will let me get out. I did like this however mine started to not smell very good and I haven't had this that long.
I have completely used up this Goldwell Style Sign Big Finish Hairspray. I really like this. I may purchase the full sized one instead of the Kenra one I had originally planned on purchasing but we will see.
I've used up my beloved Kenra hairspray I'm sure I will purchase the full size of this but I really liked it. It has good all day hold. It can be a bit stiff if you use too much.
My BBW Lotion in Moonlight Path is completely gone. I didn't like this scent a lot but I do like the BBW lotions.

I used up one of my two Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments. I'm so sad to see this go. I love these soooooooo much. They are the only thing that completely cures my chapped lips and quickly. Definitely get your hands on these for winter.
Next is my Paul Mitchell Color Protect Shampoo and Conditioner. I'm so glad this is gone. It didn't clean my hair very well. I actually had to rewash my hair with something afterwards. I won't repurchase these.
And lastly I hate to count this as an empty but my Sephora Atomic Volume mascara is on it's way to the garbage. I have lost 8 eyelashes this last week because of this mascara. It hurts to apply and its making my lashes fall out. I'm not using this anymore! I hate to not officially finish it but it hurts. Its drying out so it's not like it's brand new and I'm throwing it away. I have had this mascara longer than you're suppose to. So I hope it's ok but it's an empty to me.
That is it for my empties! I have 47 more products to go until this is completed so I feel that's pretty decent progress. Also I didn't count the Tarte primer or the Fresh lip treatment I won't count those as finished until the other product is finished too.

1. L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes- I'm hoping this will be in my next update. It's getting more dry and starting to get a little flaky. I like this and will be a little sad to see it go.

2. Rimmel Brow Pencil in Hazel- Mine is down to a tiny stub. I have to repurchase one later this month. I think this will be in my empties next month. I thought it would be this month but I'm still sharpening and using it.

3. Tarte Primer Trio- The two face primers are done and I'm using up the eye primer still. I've used this a lot so it will probably be in next months update or the one after that. Eye primer is hard to use up because you need such a tiny amount but I'm making progress.

4. Fake UD 24/7 Liner in Binge- I have used this a few times and I sharpened it once. This is going to take awhile to use.

5. MAC Hue Lipstick- No progress on this. I'm still saving it for something special(:

6. L'Oreal Lumi Foundation- I have used this a few times but I haven't made as much progress as I was hoping. I can't wait to be done with this foundation!

7. Elf HD Powder- I have used this a few times. I think I probably only have 3-4 more uses. Maybe more. But it's almost gone.

8. Cover FX Powder Foundation- I have used this a few times but I don't think it shows any progress. I've been focusing on using another face powder this last month so I'm sure this will have more progress in the future.

9. MAC Angel Lipstick- I have used this a ton this month. I've been wearing it almost everyday and reapplying. I'm sort of disappointed with the progress of this. I thought I would have it almost gone. Hopefully better progress next month. (Angel is on the left)

10. Big Sexy Hairspray- I have used this a few times so I have made progress but I still have more to make. I would like to see this gone by my next update.

11. Bedhead SuperStar Spray- Again I use this basically after every shower. It's definitely getting lower but I still have more to use.

12. Elf Blush and Bronzer Duo- I have used these both quite a few times this month but I don't think you can tell. These are both going to take longer than I thought.

13. Bare Mineral Buxom Lip Gloss in Princess- I've used a lot this month. It should be gone soon.

14. Sephora Shadow Pencil- I did use this enough that I had to sharpen it once.

15. Sephora Flashy Liner- I also had to sharpen this one once but still a ways to go.

16. MAC Yogurt Eyeshadow- If you look at this you can tell it has been used quite a bit but it is still no where near hitting pan sadly :(

17. Pureology Silk Bodifier- I think I may have used this once this last month so almost no progress:(

18. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Cocoa- I have used this quite a lot but still a ton of product.

19. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Gold Dipped- I used this a lot too but same.

20. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Sugar Plum- I think these color I used 3 times this month.

21. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Lemon Zinger- Used this a hand full of times as well.

22. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Cupcake- I think I've used this 2-3 times this month.

23. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Good Fortune- I used this once I think but maybe twice.

24. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Coffee Bean - I used a lot of this especially for covering up my roots so this has the most gone of all the shadows.

25. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Champagne- I've used this a few times.

26. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Bon Bon- I haven't used this shadow at all yet :(

27. Stila Lip Glaze Trio- I was hoping these would be gone but they should be in my next empties for sure(:

28. Smashbox Burlesque Eyeshadow Quad- I have used every color in this at least once except the grey cream shadow.

29. Smashbox Burlesque Lip Gloss Duo- I have used the light pink shade a lot and the darker shade about 4 times.

30. Smashbox Burlesque Shimmer- I have used this quite a few times but still a lot of product.

31. Bare Mineral Touch Up Veil- I have made a ton of progress on this as you can see. I'm hoping to have it finished by my next update.

32. BBW Twilight Woods Body Mist- I have used this a few times. I've been saving it for more special occasions because it is one of my favorite scents.

33. BBW Midnight Pomegranate Body Mist- I've used this a lot.

34. BBW Cherry Blossom Body Mist- I keep this in my purse and reapply through out the day so this should be the first one gone of the 3(:

35. Avon Brazil Beat Body Spray- I have used this once or twice.

36. BBW Aromatherapy Stress Relief Hand Cream- I have used this a ton as you can see!

37. BBW Aromatherapy Stress Relief Lotion- I used this a few times but not nearly as much as the hand cream.

38. Big Sexy Hair Blow Dry Volumizing Gel- I used this once maybe twice.

39. Aveda Shine Spray- I used this after every shower and anytime I felt my hair needed some shine but you use so little it takes awhile.

40. Revlon ColorStay Whipped Foundation- I have been focusing on using this more than my Lumi foundation so this I have made quite a bit of progress but I still have a lot of product left.

41. Aveda Pure Abundance Spray (replaced Paul Mitchell Super Clean Hairspray)- I've been using this before I apply my Bedhead SuperStar Spray but this was basically full.

42. Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment- I just have this tiny bit of the Rose one left.

43. MAC Well Dressed Blush - I've used his quite a bit obviously lol.

44. L'Oreal Infalliable Eyeshadow in Iced Latte- I've used this at least 3 times.

45. Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Ecstasy- I haven't used this yet this month.

46. Maurices Excite Rollerball- I have used this a few times.
47. Stila Kitten- I have used this a few times and there is a little pan showing.

I also want to add my 5 makeup items I am allowed to purchase. Proudly I only purchased 4. First I purchased my Joico shampoo and conditioner that came in a set for $10. The other items were in my Ulta gift haul. I purchased the Smashbox Photofinish Primer, the Ulta Pink Sprinkle Beauty Smootie, and the Ulta Merry Berry lotion.

And that is it for my update! I can't to do another one in January. Hopefully I'll have made even better progress. Sorry this it is 12:13 so I guess I'm 13 minutes late but I had to work today and editing this post took forever.  Thank you for reading!

Favorite Hair Products!(:

Hi! Today I'm talking about my favorite hair products. I feel like hair products are such a difficult thing to shop for. You are usually going off a recommendation or are just trying something new. You don't know how it works until you try it. Some times its a complete fail and other times you find a new holy grail product. These are a few that I have found and love.

1. Living Proof Prime Style Extender

This stuff is awesome. It really doe help prolong your style. It also adds body, shine, softness to your hair. It gives you that just left the salon feeling.

2. Bed Head Totally Baked Hair Meringue

First this stuff smells like lemon meringue pie. It smells sooooo good! But this stuff is a fantastic volumizing mousse.

3. Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum

Again this product smells good too. It also is very smoothing and adds a nice amount of shine. It makes my hair feel unbelievable soft. It's one of the best smoothing products I've ever used.

4. Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Texturizing Sea Spray

You know those days where your hair feels "too clean". This is good for those days or the days you want to curl your hair. It adds some texture that helps it hold. It doesn't really work the way you expect it to. I can't just spray my hair with this and have beachy waves. I haven't made a huge effort to try it this way.

5. Aveda Confixor Gel

This is kind of the same thing as the last product. It adds texture to your hair. This product is fantastic for if you plan on curling your hair. It gives it more hold. This product can be a little drying for your hair so make sure you add a little leave in conditioner.

6.Matrix Design Pulse Mega Dust

This adds so much volume to your hair! This stuff is awesome! I use it a couple of ways. But the way I use it the most is I backcomb my hair and then skip the hairspray and use this instead. It holds and adds to the volume.

7. Aveda Phomollient Mousse
This is another fantastic volumizing mousse. It has great hold.

8. Aveda Brilliant Styling Creme

This makes your hair very soft and if it's not that healthy it makes it seem a lot healthier than it is. It is fantastic for naturally curly hair. It gives curls definition and controls frizz.

9. Dry Shampoo

I don't really have a favorite brand yet. However it extends the time between washing and gives your hair awesome volume and texture.

10.Rusk 12-1 Leave In Treatment

This is a better cheaper version of the It's a 10 brand. It seriously helps your hair sooo much. Also it makes a great taming frizz product.

11. Jocio Shampoo, Conditioner, and Masks

I have used the damage line and also the moisture mask. You will see a big difference in your hair even in one use.

12. Aveda Firmata Hairspray

Love to back comb your hair? This is the hairspray for you. EVERYONE used this in my beauty school for big gorgeous hair. It isn't aerosol so that can be hard for some to get used to but trust me it's great!

13. Big Sexy Hair What A Tease Backcomb In A Bottle

This stuff is awesome too! You barely have to backcomb your hair. This adds volume and has good hold. It does have a little bit of texture to it too. It's like a hairspray and volumizing powder put into one can!

And that is it for my favorite hair products! Tomorrow is my Project Pan update, Saturday is a FOTD post, Sunday is a tutorial, and Monday is a NOTW post. I hope you guys enjoyed this post and it's some what helpful(: Thank you for reading!

What should I do about my hair...

Hi! So this is a random post. Kind of just me rambling so I'm sorry if you don't like these posts. My hair has just made me kind of sad lately. As you guys know I've been wanting long hair for a year (actually longer but besides the point). Since there isn't a whole lot I can do about the cut and length (besides get bangs which is not an option) it leaves me to play around with the color. So as some of you know this was my color back in September through mid November.

I had peek a boo highlights and they were toned down and then faded to a super light blonde. You can see them in the pictures above. Next about mid November I got my hair done again. But this time I didn't get much of a choice as to what was happening. I said I wanted to just touch up the roots and tone the highlights back done because the toner had faded. She put the same color all over my head so I do sort of have highlights but you can't really see them. Also I like my hair either warm or neutral toned. This is time it's more neutral and I wanted it a little warm. So this is how my hair looks now.

I don't know if you can see the highlights in it or not. I faintly can. It's not exactly what I want. Also my roots don't look like they took the color :( So I'm trying to come up with a way to get my hair done again later this month or in January. But I think I've got it narrowed done to two options.

Option 1. Really dark warm brown with like a copper highlight or warm highlight

Option 2. Some shade of red(:

I can't make up my mind I think if I had longer hair I would go for the red. I have had shoulder length red hair and I don't know what I want. I could go red for a month or two and then do the brown with copper highlights. I think that's what I'm leaning towards but it will be a bit before I take the plunge to red if that's what I do. Also red I can do myself at home where as the highlights involves going to a salon or having a friend help. It's almost easier this way(: HOWEVER red fades quick and if you want to go blonde its almost impossible to get out (strange since it fades so fast). If I take the plunge to red would you guys like to see a post? Would you like to see a post even if I just do the brown with highlights? I think I'll do a post so you know what I used and stuff(; Thanks for listening to me ramble.

Toxic Vice 2 Tutorial

Hi! So I've been so focused on using up my Project Pan stuff that I haven't gotten to just sit down and play with makeup or if I do it's playing with my Project Pan stuff. So last night I got out my UD Vice 2 palette. I love the color Toxic but I haven't gotten to really use it yet. Let's get started!

First I applied Rewind to my crease.

Next I applied Toxic on my lid.

Next I applied Radar to the outer 1/3 of my lid.

Then to finish up the eyes I applied a little bit of Smokeout into the outer v to deepen it a little. I also smudged it along my lower lashline. I applied Habit as my eyebrow highlight and Dope as my inner corner highlight. I used Demolition on my upper lashline line and Perversion on my upper and lower waterline. Lastly one coat of L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes and one coat of my Benefit They're Real Mascara.

To finish the look I used Tarte Savvy Blush and my Burlesque shimmer for my highlight. For foundation I used my Revlon ColorStay Whipped Foundation. On my lips I applied MAC Angel Tarte When In Rome Gloss. To set everything I used my Cover FX Powder.

I hope you guys liked this look. I'll have another post up tomorrow. As of right now I haven't decided what it's going to be. Thank you for reading!

Tarte Gorgeous Getaways Tutorial #4

Hi! Sorry this was posted so late. It's been a little crazy lately. But that's go ahead and get started!

First we are going to be using this quad today!

First I applied Space Needle to my lid.

Next I applied Eiffel Tower into my crease. This color is beautiful but it doesn't apply evenly. This is the only color I've had a problem with.

Then I applied Midnight in Paris to my outer v and along my lower lashline.

To finish up the eyes I applied Gold Coast as my brow highlight and as my inner corner highlight. I also applied my Make Up Forever pencil liner in Black? (sorry I don't see a name on it). Then I applied 2 coats of my L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes.

For the rest of the face I applied my Revlon ColorStay Whipped Foundation. I used Lighthearted blush from the quad. I applied my Burlesque shimmer as my highlight. I used my MAC Veluxe Brow Pencil today. For my lips I used MAC Angel and the Tarte gloss in When In Rome. Lastly I used my Bare Minerals Touch Up Veil to set everything.

This wasn't my original look but Eiffel Tower wasn't working. I really like this set and would still recommend it. This is day three of the thirty one days of posts. Tomorrow is probably going to be another tutorial. I do have a little bit of a schedule worked out but there are a few days like tomorrow and Thursday that aren't completely planned out. Thank you for reading and I'll have something new up tomorrow!

Nails Of The Week 12/1-12/7

Hi! These are a new kind of post I'm trying out. Today I looked at my big trunk of nail stuff. I have way more polishes than I could ever probably wear. So I decided I would wear a new one every week and decide if it was a keeper or time to part ways. This week I have Hopelessly in Love and Pirouette My Whistle. I applied two coats of Hopelessly in Love and  two coats of Pirouette My Whistle on top of that. Hopelessly in Love is a light nude pink perfect for french manicures. Pirouette My Whistle has very fine glitter in it but also very big pieces that make me think of snow. The only thing is I can never get that many big pieces of glitter on my nails. It's also not difficult to remove like most glitter polishes which is a good thing. I love this combo because something about it reminds me of snow falling and the Nutcracker ballet. I plan on keeping both of these. I think it's a great combo for the winter. I wish I could get better pictures.

I hope you guys like this post. I'll have another one up next Monday. Tomorrow will be my fourth Tarte Gorgeous Getaways Tutorial. I'm working on getting some more tutorials together. Thank you for reading(:

November Favorites!

Hi! I thought I would post my November Favorites today to kick off the start of me attempting to post all 31 days of December. Let's get started!
1. Joico Damage Repair Shampoo and Conditioner- This makes your hair feel great and it can be used daily so it doesn't wear your hair down.

2.Tarte Gorgeous Getaways Set- My favorite by far about this set is the blushes but the eyeshadows are fantastic too!

3. Ulta Beauty Smoothie in Pink Sprinkle- This smells so yummy! Also my favorite thing about it is the scent lasts. You can smell it through out the day.

4. Olay Pore Refining Cleanser- I love this! It makes a slight difference in my pores which is sad but it cleans my face without being too harsh. In the past after I would wash my face would feel literally squeaky clean. It would feel dry and tight. This gets all my makeup off and my face feels incredibly soft.

5. Rimmel Brow Pencils in Hazel- My MAC Veluxe Pencil and this pencil I feel like are quite opposite from each other. I would describe my MAC pencil as being like a powder-y pencil where as this one is more like a waxy pencil. It just fills in my brows really nicely as well as helping grow them in place. I feel like it looks more natural then my Veluxe pencil. However it's down to a tiny stub and I'm definitely purchasing another soon.

6. VS Dream Angels Heavenly Perfume- I got this as a roller ball a couple years ago for Christmas and I can't wait to buy a full sized one. Like I said I got it a few years ago and it was forgotten about but I've been using it more lately and I love it! I can't really describe the scent but it smells very pretty and elegant.

7.Matrix Design Pulse Mega Dust- This is one of those volumizing/texturizing powders. This really does give your hair more volume. I've refallen in love with it.

8. Scarves- They are keep you warm and are cute. I've worn them a ton this month.

9. Urban Decay 24/7 Pencil Liner in Demolition- Sometimes I want something a bit less harsh than Perversion or Zero but I still want a dark liner. This is that perfect shade. It's a nice dark brown so it's less harsh but still dark. I do love my bronze brown liners but this is different and some how so perfect.

10. Bare Minerals Touch Up Veil- I know I said I didn't like this in my Project Pan but I have loved this last month. It just sets everything making it look perfect. It also really helps if I apply too much blush or bronzer for blending it out.

So that is my November Favorites! Also this is the first post of my 31 days of posts! I will have a lot of tutorials and stuff up this month. Also some reviews. So keep an eye out for all of that stuff(: Thank you for reading!
