Sigma Beauty Tutorial

Hi! Today's tutorial is using Sigma eyeshadows. This has been my other quick go to look. Its one of my favorites and I'm quite sad since the eyeshadows are only samples. You may remember them from my Sigma reviews. Here is a picture of them.

Of course they don't look that nice now because they have been used so much. I wish more companies would give you eyeshadow samples like this. Anyways let's get started!

First I applied my Sephora shadow pencil from my project pan to my lid. Then I applied UD Naked and Buck into my crease.

Next I applied Sigma eyeshadow in Act on my lid.

Next I applied more UD Buck into my outer v and crease and also along my lower lashline. I also used Sigma eyeshadow in Versailles on my inner corner and Sigma eyeshadow in Elope as my brow bone highlight. To finish off the eyes I applied my UD Perversion pencil and my Benefit They're Real mascara.

For the rest of my face I applied my CoverGirl 3-1 Outlast Foundation. I used my MAC Veluxe Pencil for my brows. For my cheeks I applied MAC Well Dressed blush and set everything with my Cargo Blu Ray HD powder. For my lips I used MAC Angel lipstick. And that is the finished look!

I can't really explain why I love this look so much. It's very soft. It's very quickly become a favorite look of mine. I'm sad I'm almost out of Act but Notre Dame is quite similar just more glitter. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this tutorial and thank you for reading!

My Go To Look

Hi! I decided to show what my go to makeup look has been lately. I have been liking a more edgy look lately. Let's get started!

First off I apply my Sephora pencil from my project pan all over my lid. Next I apply UD Naked and Buck into my crease. Taking one of my favorite eyeshadows from the UD Naked palette I apply Sidecar to my lid. I love the color, the glitter, and the finish of this shadow!

Next I apply a mix of UD Darkhorse and Hustle into my crease and outer v. I also apply it along my lower lashline.

Next I apply UD Sin to my inner corner. I also applied UD Foxy as my brow highlight. I tried to stick with mostly the original Naked palette but I like a matte brow highlight. You could always use UD Virgin as a brow highlight instead. To finish the eyes I applied my UD Perversion pencil and my Benefit Bad Gal mascara. Sometimes I apply UD Smoke on my lower lashline. Sometimes black can look too harsh so using a grey gives you the darkness without it being too harsh. And that is the eyes finished!

For the rest of my face I applied Revlon Colorstay Foundation and MAC Well Dressed Blush. For my lips I applied MAC Angel with my Smashbox Duo Gloss.

Sorry about the quality of the pictures. I had to take them with my camcorder which is good for videos not pictures :/ But I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial and I'll have more up soon! Thanks for reading!

Nails Of The Week 3/30-4/5

Hi! I took a little break from doing these just to give my nails a break. But I'm back and this weeks nails of week is OPI Pink Friday.

The picture looks a little weird. I'm not sure why. It looked fine when I took it. But the color is like a barbie pink which makes sense because this was a part of the Nicki Minaj collection. While I think this is a great color for spring I will actually being tossing this one. I'm not a fan of it on myself so I'm going to give it to my cousin and maybe she'll like it. It's only a small OPI polish so I don't feel so guilty for not using more of it. I will have another one up next week so watch for that.(: Thank you for reading!

Review: Tarte BB Primer Treatment

Hi! I thought I would share a review of the newest primer I have tried. First off this primer is great if you are doing the no paraben thing. It is the Tarte BB Primer Treatment.

This is the packaging. I like it except again I like to be able to see the product inside. However it is really easy to get the product out. As for the actually product I love it! This product claims to be a healthy treatment, 12 hr primer, buildable coverage, oil free moisturizer, pore minimizer, skin brightener, and a chemical-free sun protector. I agree with most. I have not used this a bunch of days in a row to notice anything from the healthy treatment. But it is a great primer or product on my own. When you apply it it feels very silky like most primers and it comes out sort of as a mousse. Now here is a picture of me wearing just this bb primer.

As you can see it cancelled out all the redness on my face and gave it a very even look. You could totally wear this on it's own. I would almost say it has medium coverage on it's own. It is buildable so if you have a bad zit or something this will add more coverage. Next is me after I applied my foundation and how it looks once all my makeup is finished.

It feels a little weird to use it as a primer because it feels like a foundation a little bit with the mousse texture. This can definitely enhance the coverage of any foundation. I used this under my Revlon Colorstay for this picture. I really can't think of any bad things to say about this bb primer. It also only has 3 shades which is a slight downside. I think it does pretty much everything it claims. I haven't really noticed too much of a skin brightening effect either so that could be a down side. Would I purchase this again? Yes definitely! I have been recommending this to everyone because I think it is so perfect for so many reasons. This is probably my holy grail primer. I love it and seriously you should get your hands on this stuff! Thank you for reading!

Hi...

Hi! I'm trying to publish a post but I'm having a problem with pictures so there may not be a post for today besides this. I'll post as soon as this problem is fixed and I have time. Next week is going to be a rough week because I work a ton so bare with me. I'm also trying to work on some tutorials since I don't have very up lately. So keep an eye out for new stuff(:

Review: Benefit Gimme Brow

Hi! I'm doing yet another review today! I do have more reviews coming up too. But today we are talking about the Benefit Gimme Brow. This is a picture of me wearing it(:
So first off packaging wise I like it. My only complaint for packaging is for $22 I feel like this is a bit small. It's about the size of a sample mascara. For example I used 100 points at Sephora to get a Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara. They are the same size and one is a sample :/ But it is a brow product which usually last awhile. The product itself is amazing! It has a nice small wand for adding the product to your brow. I feel like I can actually shape my brows pretty easily with this. However at the beginning of one of my brows I don't have very many hairs and if there is no hairs for the product to cling to it doesn't fill it in very well. Also this only comes in two colors. I currently have the medium/deep. I feel like it is sort of cool toned. I wish there were more shades of this. I feel two just isn't enough. I mean what about all the red heads out there? I just feel like it would be an even better product with more shades. But since I am lucky this product does work for me I have to say it's amazing. The way I would describe this is your brows but better. It fills them in and but still looks natural. It gives them just the right amount of definition. I also love that this takes seconds to fill in my brows not minutes. So this is a fantastic for a person that doesn't like to spend a lot of time on their beauty routine or really good for anyone because we've all woken up late before.  Would I buy this again? Yes and I plan to once I run out. I think this is great product overall. It does have a few minor flaws from being perfect but it still a very amazing product. I hope you guys enjoyed this review and will try this product. Thank you for reading!

Update: I forgot to add the longevity of this product. This product lasts all day on a normal day. One problem I do have with this is it claims to be water resistant. One day at work I wiped my forehead and smudged this a little. It wasn't bad but I still feel like if a product is water resistant it shouldn't budge on a normal day without water. But overall this still lasts all day if left alone.
