Project Pan Update #7

Hi! This update is late but at least it's up I guess. I'm not super happy with my progress this month but I did finish a lot of new project pan stuff. So be prepared for a huge list of new things (: Let's start with my empties.

 

First is Ulta Beauty Smoothie in Pink Sprinkle. I got this around Christmas time. I do like these so I probably would repurchase this.

 

Next I finished all these BBW hand sanitizers. Love and would repurchase.

 

Next I finished some samples this month.  This one is the Ahava Essential Moisturizing Lotion.  Love this! Was an awesome moisturizer(:

 

My boyfriend mostly used this Silky Sexy Hair Shampoo up. This is discontinued but I don't think I would repurchase because I'm more focused on volume.

 

Another sample I loved this month was the Murad Acne Clearing Solution.  I need this in the full size. It really helps with any breakouts I get.

 

I obviously love my Neutrogena makeup remover wipes.

 

I used up this BBW Stress Relief Body Wash.  I actually have really grown to love the scent. I really like the BBW shower gels.

 

This was a sample of BBW Forever Red perfume. Definitely buying this in the full size. Smells amazing (:

 

I didn't like this Too Faced Primed and Poreless Pure Primer.  I've tried tons of primers and I really wasn't a fan of this one. It did almost nothing for my large pores.

 

I finished my Simple Skincare Moisturizing Face Wash. I like this but there are other products I like better.

 

I used up my Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-1 foundation.  I like this but I just prefer my Revlon ColorStay.

 

Now onto my project pan empties!

 

First is my Batiste Dry Shampoo for Brunettes. I'm planning on going lighter with my hair and I needed to get this finished before that happened.  But I did like it (:

 

Next I finished my Aveda Smooth Infusion  Style Prep. This stuff was just getting old. Glad I finished it. I won't repurchase.  Its too heavy for my hair.

 

Continuing with hair empties I used up this Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo. This was a great dry shampoo but the scent is too strong in all of the Drybar products.

 

I also finished the Drybar Money Maker Flexible Hold Hairspray. This was ok but again scent was way too strong.

 

And that is all I managed to finish this month with my Project Pan. But here is an update on everything else.

 

1. MAC Angel Lipstick- I did use this this month but just not enough to use it up.

 

2. Elf Blush and Bronzer Duo- I have used this a TON this month almost everyday. It's getting there but it's not finished yet.

 

3. Sephora Shadow Pencil- I have used this a few times but I forgot about it a few times that I could have used it.

 

4. Sephora Flashy Liner Pencil- I have used this a few times too.

 

5. MAC Yogurt Eyeshadow- I did use this about 3 times but it's so hard to finish.

 

6. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Cocoa- I have not used most of these eyeshadows this month. I think I used one once or twice and that's it.

 

7. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Gold Dipped

 

8. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Sugar Plum- I might have used this.

 

9. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Lemon Zinger- I used this once.

 

10. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Cupcake

 

11. Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Good Fortune

 

12.Bare Mineral Eyeshadow in Bon Bon

 

13. Smashbox Burlesque Quad- I have mostly used the neutral shade the most this month but I think I might have used the other shades a few times.

 

14. Smashbox Lip Gloss Duo- I have used this a ton on both sides. Maybe I could finish this by my next update.

 

15. Smashbox Shimmer- I did use this once but I mostly forget about it. Maybe I will remember to use it more this summer.

 

16. Big Sexy Hair Blow Dry Gel- I have made a ton of progress with this. It's down to about the Y in Sexy. So it's really getting towards the end. I'm super excited to finish this.

 

17. Revlon ColorStay Whipped Foundation- I lost this this month. I just recently found it. I think it got used once :(

 

18. Aveda Pure Abundance Spray- This is almost gone too. It's only about 1/4 full so I'm definitely finishing this by my next update.

 

19. MAC Well Dressed Blush- I have used this a lot this month but it's really getting hard to use since most of the product is on the sides.

 

20.  Ulta Merry Berry Lotion- I used this a lot this month but I didn't finish it like I would have liked.

 

21. Ulta Double Duty Concealer- I have used this a lot this month but this is definitely going to take awhile to completely finish.

 

22. Stila Kitten Eyeshadow- This is almost gone. I've actually been using it less so that I don't use it up until I buy a new one.

 

23. DryBar Southern Belle Volumizing Mousse- I have this a lot this month and I think maybe I could finish by next update if I quit using my Big Sexy Hair Gel for a bit. I just have other products I like better. (This is where the new product start)

 

24. Aveda Smooth Infusion Glossing Straightener- This I have used a lot too but it's no where near finished. It's too heavy for my hair so I have to use a small amount.

25. Aveda Smoothing Fluid- I like this stuff but I haven't really used it since I've been using the Glossing Straightener. I don't really need this product in my collection.

26. BBW White Citrus Lotion- I have not used this at all this month. This just isn't my favorite BBW scent.

27. Pureology Color Fanatic Leave In- This actually feels like it dries out my hair but I have used it a few times this month.

28. Victoria's Secret Body Spray in Champagne and Strawberries- I don't like the scent of this one so I'm trying to get rid of it.

29. Pur Minerals Hydrate and Set- This smells awful and it actually stings my face a little. I've managed to use it some.

30. Pur Minerals Soothing and Gentle Cleanser- I think this is ok but I want to switch back to my Olay so I want to use this up.

31. Pur Minerals Soak It Up Moisturizer- I like this but it can leave my face a bit sticky. I want to try another moisturizer so I want to finish this one first. I have used this a few times this month.

32. Pur Minerals Dirty Girl Mask- I like this but I actually prefer my Freeman masks more. I think I used this twice.

33. Ulta Clarifying Treatment- This is a really weird product. It's like a face wash/mask/treatment in one product. This doesn't seem to do much. I used this once this month.

34. MAC Naked Lunch Eyeshadow- I have too many other colors that are similar so why not Back To MAC this? I may have used this but I don't remember.

35. Jane Eyeshadow in White Lies- This is broke and I would like to use it up.

36. MAC Holiday Set- I like this set but I think it's kinda similar to my Sigma warm neutrals set. I have used this a lot this month.

37. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in the Brightener Shade- I like this concealer a lot but I like the light shade more and I also want to try new things. I have used this a lot this month.

38. EOS Balm in Passion fruit- I don't like this one. It smells and tastes like nothing. I have used this a little this month.

39. EOS Balm in Honeydew- This one is my favorite and I have made a ton of progress this month. However it's getting old so I want to get a new one.

40. EOS Balm in ?- I don't remember the flavor of this month but I don't think it smells or tastes like anything. I don't remember using this one at all this month.

41. VS Beauty Rush Lip Gloss in Shineberry- This is getting old and needs to go. I have used it a lot this month.

42. Nivea Caramel Cream Kiss Lip Butter- I just want to keep my Raspberry Rose one. I have used this once this month.

43. Philosophy Miracle Worker Eye Cream- I don't like this and I want this sample gone.

 

44. UD Naked Palette- I just want to hit pan on 3 more eyeshadows and then I can justify buying a new one. Obviously this was used a ton this month.

45. MAC Veluxe Brow Pencil- I'm changing my hair color soon and I've had this for a long time so I would like to use it up. I used this quite a bit this month.

46. Make Up For Ever Eyeliner- I prefer my UD liner.

47. Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara- I don't really know how I feel about this mascara but I think I would like to just use it up. I haven't use it this month though.

48. Almay Eyeliner in Topaz- I have had this for sooooo long. I love it but I want to repurchase a new one.

And that is an update on everything and the new things I added! Now did I stay under my 5 allowed purchases?
I remember thinking I went over by one but I do remember purchasing 3 NYX lipsticks, a Jane blush, and a Stila eyeliner. So I may have went over but I'm not sure because I can't remember anything else I purchased this month. For next month I have another goal of 10 things I would like to finish. I'm going to skip the list this time because I'm not really sure what I'm going to finish. I hope you guys enjoyed this update and sorry it's a bit late. Subtle Spring Lip Tutorial

Hi! This is part two of this little series. This is the more subtle tutorial. The eye makeup is quite different but it has a similar lip color just a more subtle version. What I like about this is you can switch the eye looks and lip colors around. You could wear the bold lip color with this eye makeup or vice versa. Let's go ahead and get started!

First I applied my L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Iced Latte to my lid but any light champagne gold color will work(:

Next I applied UD Naked and blended that up and into my crease. Next I took UD Buck and darken up my outer v and  crease. But I the Naked I applied first creates a nice blend between Buck and my brow bone highlight.

Lastly I applied UD Foxy as my brow highlight. I also applied Sigma eyeshadow in Allure along my lower lashline. I used my Essence Gel liner along my upper lashline and applied my Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara. And the eyes are finished!

 

For the rest of the face I used my CoverGirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-1 Foundation. For my cheeks I believe I used my Elf blush from my blush and contouring duo. For my eyebrows I used my MAC Veluxe Pencil and my Anastasia Clear Brow Gel. And lastly for the lips I used MAC Angel lipstick and applied my Smashbox lipgloss duo in Peep Show. I used the darker end which you can see in my project pan posts. Here is the end result!

I LOVE this tutorial for spring! I'm planning on wearing this for work tomorrow even though it has been quite rainy and cold. But it's hard not to get excited about summer right around the corner! Where Have I Been and What Am I Up To....

Hi! Long time no post! I wanted to share a quick update about what's going on. I guess it started with that I've been very busy. I've been working and working on some major redesigns for our house. So basically my life has consisted of work, sleep, and working on the house. I mean in a matter of two weeks I've managed to take a storage room to a bedroom for my little one. Now it's ready for paint and to be decorated. I've also been working off and on on our room and bathroom. So I was sure that I wasn't going to post much these last two weeks but I certainly thought I would post some. Well around Easter I was having some computer issues. I got one problem fixed and then another popped up. This second one that has popped up is still being worked on and it's making me quite nervous. Because I really would love to be a beauty blogger/youtuber and having a computer is such an important part of that. So my fingers are crossed I get some good news soon. I'm posting this from someone else's computer but I'm not really sure about uploading pictures on this computer as of right now. So please stick with me while I work on getting things back to normal. I just have a ton of things going on which I am kind of bringing onto myself. For example I'm thinking about changing jobs so I have less of a commute because right now I have an hour commute to work and then another hour back. It's not bad but it really starts to get tiring after awhile. So like I said just lots of little life things going on but my computer is the big thing right now for not posting as much as I would like. There is my little update!
